We have less than 36 days until the election to finally let Floridians have their say. Send a message that elections matter, that principles stand for something, and that our voice can make a difference. We can say “No more” to politicians who are willing to sacrifice principles and say or do anything just to win.
Vote Marco Rubio for Florida senate.

Social Security
For the first time in history, the Democratic Congress will not allow an increase in the social security COLA (Cost of Living Adjustment). In fact, The Henry J.. Kaiser Family Foundation predicts there may not be any COLA for the next three (3) years. However, the per person monthly Medicare insurance premium will be increased from the 2009 premium of $96.40 to $104.20 in 2010 and to $120.20 for the year 2011. Congress also gave themselves a $3,000.00 a month Cost of Living Adjustment!
Send this to all Seniors that you know.
Remind them not to vote for the incumbent senators and congressmen in the 2010 and the 2012 elections.
In a story by GREG BLUESTEIN we see that Jimmy Carter must either have Alzheimer’s or is taking mind altering drugs.
“I was a candidate that was in some ways like the tea party candidate,” Carter said in an interview. “I was a complete outsider. I capitalized legitimately on the dissatisfaction that was permeating our society.”
He said the tea party’s momentum will likely wear off and they will be co-opted by the Republican Party.
“I think they’re going to be quite a major factor in November,” he said. “I think there’s already a process of absorbing them into the Republican Party. I think they will be much less of a factor in 2012 and in future years.”
Carter said he pursued an overly aggressive agenda as president that may have confused voters and alienated lawmakers. But he said the tipping points that cost him the 1980 election were the Iran hostage crisis and the primary challenge by U.S. Sen. Ted Kennedy.
“Had we not had the hostage crisis, I would have won,” he said in the interview of his defeat to Republican Ronald Reagan, adding: “Had I not had Kennedy as my opponent, who sapped away a portion of the Democratic wing, I would have been re-elected.”
Carter said in the book that he is proud of his accomplishments during his presidency, but that pushing controversial decisions such as the end of U.S. control of the Panama Canal and working to normalize relations with Communist China cost him political support.
“I overburdened Congress with an array of controversial and politically costly requests. Looking back, I am struck by how many unpopular objectives we pursued,” he said, adding: “We were able to achieve a remarkable amount of what we set out to do, but ultimately the political cost—of my administration and for members of Congress—was very high.”
Rubio calls election ‘referendum on national identity’
By Steve Bousquet
Thousands of determined tea party activists converged in a park in America’s oldest city Saturday and heard a succession of Republican candidates promise to heed their demands for less government and lower taxes.
Small-business owners, retirees, veterans and even government workers spoke with one voice: They want ideological purity from politicians.
They want government to take less of their money and leave them alone.
They said they are sick of runaway deficits, career politicians and RINOs (Republicans in name only) who say all the right things while they’re running but fail to do what they say once they’re in office. They said the political elites have no idea how strongly everyday people feel that the government is broken and America is not living up to people’s expectations.
The four-hour “Forward with the Constitution Rally” was organized by tea party groups in an 11-county region in northeast Florida, and was far and away the largest event of the 2010 campaign season in Florida.
“This election is nothing less than a referendum of our identity as a nation and as a people,” Rubio said, calling 2010 an historic moment “when people were pushed to the brink.” When he complained of go-along-to-get-along Republican politicians, people in the audience chimed in, “That’s right.”
Rubio, who faces Democrat Kendrick Meek and Gov. Charlie Crist running as an independent, exuded confidence, and when someone in the crowd suggested he run for president, he said: “Listen, I would settle for the Nobel Peace Prize.”
It was a bad day for President Barack Obama and the federal healthcare mandate known as “Obamacare,” House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, the mainstream media, activist judges, Crist and career politicians of any stripe, including Republicans.
Did you know that if you sell your house after 2012 you will pay a 3.8% sales tax on it? That’s $3,800 on a $100,000 home etc. When did this happen? It’s in the healthcare bill.
SALES TAX TO GO INTO EFFECT 2013 (Part of HC Bill)
REAL ESTATE SALES TAX.
So, this is “change you can believe in”? Under the new health care bill – did you know that all real estate transactions will be subject to a 3.8% Sales Tax? The bulk of these new taxes don’t kick in until 2013 (presumably after obama’s re-election). You can thank Nancy, Harry and Barack and your local Democrat Congressman for this one. If you sell your $400,000 home, there will be a $15,200 tax. This bill is set to screw the retiring generation who often downsize their homes. Is this Hope & Change great or what? Does this stuff makes your November and 2012 votes more important? Oh, you weren’t aware this was in the obamacare bill? Guess what, you aren’t alone. There are more than a few members of Congress that aren’t aware of it either (result of clandestine midnight voting for huge bills they’ve never read). AND, there are a few other surprises lurking. Why am I sending you this? The same reason I hope you forward this to every single person in your address book. People have the right to know the truth because an election is coming in November!
We clearly need more people to read Ayn Rand now that America is under attack from the Democratic Socialist and Fascist. The threat is real and government is like out of control drug attics, lying, stealing and killing business to maintain the spending power habit we have in Congress. The people must stand up and stop this attack on freedom or The United States will be end up looking like Cuba or Mexico.
Learn about what is going on before it is to late. This brief clip will give you just a sense of why Ayn Rand is a must read an clearly a person The Obama and Saul Alinsky would not want you exposed to.
